Philip holds a BSc. in Administration (Accounting option) from the University of Ghana and is a chartered accountant (ACCA) with over 8 years’ experience in professional practice.

As a partner at Resolute Consult, Philip doubles as a Chief financial controller to Star Oil Company Limited – the fourth largest Oil Marketing Company in Ghana.

Philip worked with PwC in Ghana and also PwC Banking and Capital Markets Group based in London, as a manager in the assurance line of service.During this period, Philip managed the delivery of assurance services and related training solutions to various clients including The Central Bank Liberia, JP Morgan Chase & Co (UK), LiquidNet Europe Limited (UK) e.t.c. in the West African Sub Region and UK. Philip brings to the team an excellent knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) having been a key resource person at various IFRS trainings organized by PwC.
